Integrity & Fair Play
We expect players to climb leaderboards fairly. Hacking API endpoints, injecting automated solver scripts, or artificially boosting scores is prohibited.
Free to Play
GuessIt is and will remain completely free of charge. No in-app microtransactions or paid gating are involved.
1. Use of the Services
GuessIt is provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and training purposes. You are authorized to play quizzes, draft games, read blog materials, and look up leaderboards in standard browsers. You must not capture web traffic to scrape media assets in bulk.
2. User Generated Names
Our profile settings allow you to choose custom nicknames. You are solely responsible for ensuring your nickname is decent, appropriate, and does not violate trademark or public decency policies. We reserve the right to prune or delete names from the global leaderboard that are offensive or derogatory.
3. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
Brand logos, flags, fictional character silhouettes (such as Pokémon), and movie frames displayed in quizzes are trademarks and copyrights of their respective corporations or owners.
GuessIt acts under **Fair Use** principles for educational, research, and non-commercial game trivia. We claim no ownership over third-party creative property shown in guessing cards.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without representations of any kind, explicit or implied. We do not warrant that our servers will run 100% error-free or that database schemas won't occasionally reset during migrations.
5. Governing Law
